From shipment to RS.ge in four steps

The waybill is prepared from the shipping order, by your team or automatically after invoicing in the warehouses where you switch it on.
Driver and vehicle are checked, and they can still be edited as long as nothing has been sent to RS.
A user with permission sends it to RS.ge with one click, from the web screens or the handheld scanner app.
The RS waybill number and ID are saved on the waybill, and every step is recorded in its history.

What goes to RS.ge

Waybill header

Start address (your warehouse), end address (the customer), driver name and ID number, vehicle and trailer number, date.

Goods lines

Product name, barcode, quantity and unit for every line of the shipment.

When RS.ge says no

A refusal appears on the waybill as a readable message: Linari turns RS.ge error codes into plain text.
If the result is uncertain, for example when the connection drops mid-send, the waybill is marked Needs review and is never sent again automatically, so RS.ge does not receive duplicates.
A sent waybill can be cancelled on RS.ge with a reason, then sent again as a new waybill.
Shipments that need no waybill can be marked Do not send.

Who can do what

Sending and cancelling are separate permissions, so only the people you choose work with RS.ge. Automatic waybill creation is a per-warehouse setting: after invoicing, and after returns to the supplier.

Does Linari send waybills automatically?

Where you enable it, Linari prepares them automatically; sending is a deliberate action by an authorised user. That keeps a person in control of every document that reaches RS.ge.

Can we cancel a waybill?

Yes. Cancel it on RS.ge with a reason from inside Linari, then send the corrected one as a new waybill.

What happens if RS.ge is unavailable?

The waybill stays unsent with the error shown, and your team sends it again when RS.ge responds. Linari never resends on its own.

Does Linari read incoming waybills from suppliers?

Not in the current version. Receiving runs in Linari’s own receiving flow.
