How much does a WMS cost in Georgia and Armenia?

Short answer. A warehouse management system (WMS) for one warehouse in Georgia or Armenia costs anywhere from a few hundred dollars a year to tens of thousands. The spread is real, because “WMS” is used for very different things:

This guide explains what you actually pay for and gives published price examples (checked in October 2026). It also shows how to estimate a realistic budget for your own warehouse.

What you actually pay for

Every warehouse system has the same five cost parts. Vendors just package them differently.

  1. Software. Either a one-time licence (you own a version and pay yearly for updates) or a subscription (monthly or annual, with hosting and updates included).
  2. The pricing unit.
This choice matters more than the list price: a warehouse with 40 scanners and 15 office users pays very differently under each model.
    • Per user or per seat, as in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and most ERPs.
    • Per device or handheld, as in scanner add-ons for 1C.
    • Per order volume, as in many e-commerce tools.
    • Per warehouse.
  3. Setup. Configuring warehouses, locations and rules, importing products, and training staff.
  4. Integration. Connecting the WMS to your accounting system or ERP (1C, ORIS, FINA, ArmSoft, SAP Business One and others), and in Georgia to RS.ge electronic waybills.
  5. Hardware and running costs.
    • Handheld scanners and label printers.
    • Servers and backups if you install on your own servers.
    • The staff time needed to keep it running.

Five kinds of “warehouse system” and what they cost

Prices below are vendors’ published prices in October 2026, rounded. Estimates from third parties are marked as such.

1. The stock module in your accounting software

2. Simple inventory apps

3. Scanner add-ons for 1C

4. Full WMS products from the CIS market

5. International mid-market and enterprise WMS

A worked example: one warehouse, 15 scanners, 10 office users

Monthly cost of the software only, in USD. One-time licences are spread over 36 months. Implementation and hardware are not included.

OptionWhat you getMonthly cost
FINA Manager (cloud)Accounting stock, no scanner tasksabout $31
Odoo (25 users)ERP with an inventory appabout $224–523
Mobile SMARTS (15 devices)Scanner app on top of 1Cabout $70–180
1C:WMS (licences only)Full WMS inside 1Cabout $180–280, plus integrator
1C:WMS (turnkey, estimate)Same, with implementationabout $500–1,000
Dynamics 365 Business CentralERP; WMS add-ons quoted separatelyabout $920–2,000
Linari WMS ProfessionalFull WMS, 15 handhelds and unlimited office users included, hosting and updates included$888–1,110

The pattern. Accounting modules and simple apps are cheap because they do not run the warehouse floor. Full WMS products cost more, and the pricing unit decides how much more. With per-user pricing, every new scanner adds to the bill. At 60 handheld users, a per-user system can cost several times more than a per-warehouse one.

The costs people forget

How to estimate your own budget

Answer these seven questions before you ask for quotes. Then every vendor prices the same thing.

  1. How many warehouses, and do you use locations or bins?
  2. How many handheld scanners work at the same time in your busiest shift?
  3. How many office users need access?
  4. Which accounting system or ERP must the WMS connect to?
  5. Do you need batch and expiry control (FEFO), serial numbers or quality checks?
  6. Do you need RS.ge waybills (Georgia)?
  7. Can your team do the setup, or do you need on-site help?
